Dott. Andrea Cianti


Born in 1988 in Borgo San Lorenzo, Florence. From 2007 to 2013 he was studying law at the University of Siena (founded in 1240, it is one of the oldest law schools in the world), which he completed and graduated from with the total number of votes 110/110, cum laude (1st level master’s degree). From 2013 to 2015 he was attending a special course of specialization in legal profession at the University of Siena, which he completed passing its final exam with the total number of votes 65/70 (2nd level master’s degree). At the same time, from 2013 to 2014, he was working as a trainee at a Siena-based law firm specialized in civil and commercial law. In 2015 he passed the written and oral exams at Florence’s Appellate Court for the admission to the Italian Bar. From March 2017 to June 2020 he had been practising in Slovakia as an established attorney and since June 2020 he has been practising as an ordinary attorney registered in the ordinary section of the Registry of attorneys held by the Slovak Bar Association. He is both a Slovak and Italian citizen.

Since May 2016 he works with the law firm Biksadsky & Partners as an expert in civil and commercial law, with particular emphasis on the law of contracts and corporate law. He deals also with specific practical issues that arise when Italian and Slovak law interferes with one another (such as, creating a system of corporate governance of Slovak corporations suitable for Italian standards, drafting and implementation of the so-called Model of Organization and Management aimed at limiting the criminal liability of legal persons, etc.).
